Yoga for beginners “gentle yoga”
Classes are held daily for the first timers who are new to yoga with
emphasis given into teaching the student in details about the proper techniques
to do asanas and pranyama.
Hatha yoga
Intermediate and advanced level are held every day

Thrice a week classes are held for the student who are practicing the Asthanga
yoga style of yoga
Healing
The cornerstone of the Yoga Studio is to help life and elevate healing of
the body, mind and spirit. Healing methods like ‘Jin Shin Jyutsu’, ‘Chakra
Cleansing’, ‘Sensing’ etc. are applied for depression, anxiety, lack of
confidence, anger etc. Physiological problems like hormonal, digestive, muscular
and immune system and other such disorders are also given healing to.
Strength training through yoga.
Weights add another dimension to yoga; they stabilize your body and engage
you more deeply into the yoga exercises. All the physical benefits of
traditional yoga — muscle toning, balance, and flexibility — come faster because
yoga with weights is more intense and dynamic than traditional yoga. Yoga with
weights creates a balance of strength and flexibility.
Weight loss with yoga
Special weight loss workshops are held and in these the students are counseled
regarding diet and exercise. Proper guidance is given to each student and
special care regarding his or her weight loss plan through yoga.
Pre and Post Natal Yoga
Pregnancy is the most important phase in woman’s life and yoga helps women
to deal with the stress and anxiety that builds up during these nine months.
Regular practice of yoga asanas help exercise every part of the body, stretching
and toning the muscles and joints, the spine and the entire skeletal system. The
asanas help to release physical and mental tension and liberate vast resources
of energy. The yogic breathing exercises known as pranayama revitalize the body
and help to control the mind and meditation gives increased clarity, mental
power and concentration. Post natal yoga classes help to make you look as
beautiful and toned as ever, increasing the energy and charge you need to take
care of your baby. The asanas are also done with the baby so that one can bond
with each other and at the same time instill in your baby the basics of yoga.

MADHAVI BHATIA
MALINI KASHYAP
Madhavi is a senior teacher at the yoga studio;
she is loved by all her students for she thoroughly understands their needs, and
heals them with her love and her melodious voice. She is a graduate from J.N.U
language study (Russian) and is invited by the yoga studio at the time of
our Teachers Training Programme.
Malini is the youngest teacher at the studio, she started yoga at the age of
19years as a form of physical exercise, she too is trained under seema and now
she can’t imagine her life without yoga. Malini finished her MSC in accounts and
finance from the university of Manchester, where she successfully taught yoga to
her friends at the campus. She works with B.L.KASHYAP & SONS as a financial
adviser, and teaches regular classes at the studio. Malini’s youthful approach
and dedication is a delight for all her students
