UPCOMING WORKSHOPS & EVENTS

Join us for a workshop with Zarina and Roshan who are trained under Gurujee B.K.S Iyenger. Zarina is a current teacher at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute and has worked alongside with the Late Geeta Iyengar. The workshop will focus on learning yogic principles of movement, action and stability while practising asanas. This helps in bringing energy and healing to our body and mind.
The workshop is open to students at all levels in their practice.
